IMHO, the whole "you're a noob, so you're not qualified to speak to the game" is a cop-out, anyway. If someone said, "I have logged 600 hours on Steam playing Civ V, and I can say with authority that Civ V sucks," then what would people say? How much expertise do people tend to acquire in games they don't like?
It's not a cop out, go read the forums of experienced civ playe
That's true. I'm still a noob, but I'm growing my empire in peace.
And this is why you're not really qualified to comment on the quality of civ. Civ 5 is not a bad game, but we're talking a game that is in it's fifth installment. For a game to remove major additions people loved from previous games is bad news. I'd feel a lot better if Frogboy/developers put pressure on steam to "unhook their game" from steam after a year. Developers are just as much to blame here as well for being chicken and not making demands for fairness for their customers. If you want to blame anyone, blame gamers for being like drug addicts. Steam didn't get to where it was wit

ME3 is easily worse then ME2 by a mile, you can tell the team gave up and got lazy. There are tonnes of bad hollywood dialogue as well. The new character James vega is a total idiot. Way too many unskippable cut-scenes which will make replaying it a chore for those who tend to want to play through their games more then once. ME3 outside of the story and cut-scenes is fun to play but ME3 really feels like it's taking place in an alternate mass effect universe beca

There is an easy solution to the steam debate - just officially endorse the crack. All steam games get cracked anyway, so people complaining about steam should thank the pirates for being the only people protecting our consumer rights.
