Okay recently I downloaded Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion (SOSER) from steam and then installed out and updated it. However every time I try to start it nothing happens. The game does not start intialize or anything. There is no loading screen or black screen. I am at a serious loss for what has happened. Any help advice or troubleshooting would be appreciated.
