I have 7zip and the galaxy forge download but i still cant open it. When i double click on galaxy forge it says windows cant open this file and when i right click on it i find 7zip in the list but it does not say extract. It does say compress and email. I have never downloaded a .rar file before. I am a beginner, still learning the basics.

I have downloaded Galaxy Forge but i do not know how to extract the files. I am still learning how to use windows 7, every time i click on galaxy forge it says windows cant open this file. I need some help.
