If they're structures and don't phase jump, then perhaps Ironclad has developed "phase tugs." They're like phase jumping leeches that attach to friendly structures and jump them into another gravity well (mobile starbases; cool!). They can also attach to enemy ships and phase jump them out of the gravity well. Just think, if you identify the enemy flagship, and are losing the battle, then you could attach a phase tug to it and force it to jump
