Still not finding that folder!! Strangest things im gonna uninstall and reinstall everything so i can start fresh

Major Stress, im running Win 7 so maybe it is a little different for me on my files locations, I cant find a mods folder in my sins folder of files. Is this something I need to create? And also the one im downloading basically is the soa20.4.1.e.msi and basically im saving it to my desktop then im opening and installing and then im guessing this is the file that i have to move to the correct folder but im just not seeing it. Sorry im new at this obviously

Can anyone help me out with troubleshooting so that i can get this mod working? I just downloaded entrenchment off of impulse but when I downloaded this Star Trek Mod it doesn't work. Is there something Im doing wrong? Please help me out if anyone can.

So I just downloaded entrenchment off of impulse and have played it but now I want this Star Trek Mod. I downloaded it but it hasnt worked yet. Is there something special I need to do? Please help out if anyone can....thanks.
