never mind, sorry, I just realized I had forgotten to add the diplomacy mod files to the diplomacy window folder. Now it works, thanks a lot for all the hard work guys.

I have followed all the steps described here... including the *.setting changes to 1024 and 600 under both setting files. And the game (Diplomacy) got a lot better, the only problem being that when I click on the research tree buttons to research new technologies, I'm missing the last line and a half. Any ideas what I should try?
