My opinion: Diplomatic Inclination: a random number between around -2 and +2 rolled at the start... as it says it's their inclination to diplomacy, and it's not linked to race or fleet etc. also it's not changing Fleet Strength: from my observations, having larger fleet actually increases this number... i think it's: small fleet ->he can be crushed easily, then why do we bother with diplomacy vs large fleet ->he is a force to reckon with, let's parlay Military ac

As Empire Tree trimming does have an effect on performance, i absolutely agree with the idea of having an option to turn off starbase autopinning.

Another bump to the thread. From my observations, no matter what are the AI's standings with the other AI's, the human player is always preferred as the default target of the raid, or the first receiver of the bounty bidding in case some ai is the current target when everyone is on zero bounty. In my opinion, it would be a good idea to make the raid bidding work based on relationships too, as the other custom pirate missions.
