How does the tools work?? in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Ive downloaded the Tools of forge and they dint work first time around, ive updated the game to 1.191 of the original sins (not entrenshement or diplomacy). How can I make them work?? What do I do?? Can someone expliain in detail, description and with simple words, like talking to a child. Thank you.

I cant get the "Hight resources" button after update in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I just updated the game Sins of a solar empire the original. Before the Update I could alocate the resources on the planets on the option menu before the option to get the players to play. I could use the "Low, medium and hight resources" button, setting my planets on the game to get the resouerces as I wanted. Now after the update I a few more options like hight, medium or low fleet, if I want the pirates to appear on the scenario or not. Those are great features but, the "resources button"
