@ Ryat - Seems like ZombieRus5 is already taking the ball and running with it. Checked out his link and saw the light. That kind of stuff is far beyond what I was thinking. Can't wait to see his mod finished!

How 'bout it? Being able to play as the pirates! They could have thier own economic system based on ties to the black market. Maybe you have limited logistics but your frigates are BADASS. Maybe you get a limited number of cap ships but like frigates they're real battlewagons. There could be unique military techs that focus on hit and run, escaping a bad situation, and bumrushing your enemy with everything ya got tactics. Anothe
THanx Devs! My Trinity is now hotfixed!
Using trinity here. Cant get 1.019f for it either.
Using Trinity retail DVD here. Also another interesting issue after I updated to e[rc] on impulse then reverted to v.1.011, diplomacy still shows version 1.19e on the main menu screen. Impulse shows I am using v.1.011. I started the game through impulse and from my desktop shortcut both yielding the same result. - v.1.19e
O.K. Here's what I did. Being new to Impulse I did not know you could archive and then revert changes. I was stuck with e[rc]. I uninstalled, reinstalled using my retail DVD, updated to v.1.011, archived at said version, installed e[rc] (again), reverted to v.1.011, and found that still only e[rc] was available. If I did something wrong please tell me.
While certain politicians may be greedy, they know it is best to keep the wealth in the hands of their constituents so they can regularly and repeatedly skim the cream off the top. These scammers are not just greedy, they want to ruin your life to line thier pockets. Not to mention the thrill of it. And if you think that's bad just remember thoughout the history of disasters there have been those among the survivors - yep right there in it - who have tried to scam and exploit the p
Only 1.19e[rc] available on impulse for me too...
@ Ryat (reply#669) - Right, I understand that. My point is my Impulse does not have "f". I just checked again to make sure. Only e(rc).
Nope. Uninstalled Trinity, Reinstalled from retail DVD. Went to Impulse got 1.19e(rc). Main menu screen for Diplomacy says 1.19e. Auto casts are still broken.
My Impulse doesn't have version f either..
O.k. thanx 4 letting me know about the hoshikos. Did as SithlordAJ suggested and re-read the ability. Thanks 4 the help.
When I use Hoshiko Demolition Bots on an enemy cap ship I am told that "Ability cannot target this type of object" As I am new to using Hoshikos in a Micro fashion (I used to just keep them in the fleet and let them do whatever it was they did) - I never noticed this until now. Is this a bug or has it always been this way? Also Rapture Battlecruiser - when I manually use Vengence the target circle comes up to select what to target but when I try to target it turns to the
Bad Idea - Toffee made with human sweat instead of salt water. Good Idea - explaining that Fashionable Non-conformity = hipocracy = emo. Good Sir, I slapyomama!
Bad Idea - some form of quid pro quo involving Spaceballs, and the sequels/prequels that never happened. Off Topic Good Idea - someone creating another thread so that we can continue the music/culture debate that seems to be forming here without further ruining what's meant to be an otherwise fun game. (I admit it, I party-crashed.) Playing the game Good Idea - learning a new skill/trade that benefits mankind in an ecological way. Oh and by the way-
Bad Idea - listening to any band who's motto for the longest time (I'm not sure if it still is) was "People = Sh*t. [e digicons][/e] I mean if you think that lowly of the People who buy your merchandise and come to your shows and put food on your table, you need to put down your guitar, lock yourself in your room, and five - knuckle - shuffle your life away. Maybe that's the real reason their bassist died. [e digicons]x_x[/e] I wonder if the autopsy re
I didn't mean to be an ass or anything with my comments
It's O.K. I didn't take it that way. You simply asked analitical questions, then provided me with a way to figure it out for myself. That is a sign of someone who knows good teaching method.
Bad Idea - marrying a whore (or at least that's what I get from the vid) Good Idea - checking out Scary Kids Scaring Kids self-titled album.
O.K let's agree to move on. I'll restart the chain. Good idea - riding a roller coaster.
Good Idea - Me apologizing and asking you to inform me - what's WKUK? Bad Idea - shaving whilst drunk Sorry for improper play. I think I may have done it w/ this post too...
Good Idea - you don't know me so don't say Phuck me. Bad Idea - using {^} as part of your tag it looks like a P.O.V. of your mom's vag!
My mistake - perhaps I mis-classified the property I was thinking of. I was thinking of people who pirate music, movies, and vid games. What kind of property classification do those things fall under? While I believe Knowledge should be free to all who wish to learn, Entertainment is a different story. And I promise that I'll play the game on my next post.
O.K. I went back and did like you said and checked replays. Got my answer. Even if someone could and did cheat - which they didn't - that person would be found out and their moniker would only be good for 1 play and god help 'em if other people recognized them smurfing. There were times when my development was on-par with theirs and I could have totally owned them if I did better scouting and risked a slightly more aggressive stance. Thanks for your patience
Bad Idea - texting a physics textbook line by line to a friend who's using a prepaid cellphone. Good Idea - not pirating intellectual property. See? I CAN do non-low brow humor![e digicons]*_*[/e]
