Yeah, just played with small fleet size, it did help quite a bit. Will also try slow settings and the processor trick, thanks for the help.

I do beleive I play the latest diplomacy version, and the only program I have running is usually MSN, wich I doubt would change anything if I closed it.

So yeah... I enjoy playing long games on high difficulty level, and the AI always makes some ridiculously big fleet, that after a while the game slows down alot. Is there any way to fix this? I actually have a good gaming computer, and even while changing the graphics to low, it didn't seem to change much. Thanks!
