@TeslaPhi I would say the attitude towards noobs has improved considerably since the steam sale. Hosts now find themselves under attack if they kick a new player who has been waiting for too long (unless skilled game). Also, one piece of advice I have for new players when you play AI games, do it on ICO, NOT SINGLEPLAYER! As inaccurate as the stats record is in Rebellion, it is the #1 way in determining a noob. I dont understand what this "rush" deal is. More often then not it is the standard opener used by experienced players.
Phase Missiles The basic question that should be asked is whether phase missiles in general are overpowered, or just the PM-equipped bombers. I think we can all agree that kanraks/sentinels aren't causing any balance issues, so the solution seems to lie in nerfing only the vasari bomber. Zombie's idea of reducing the base damage of it to between Advent and Tec seems very elegant. Although Vasari fans may cry foul, keep in mind the "damage gap" would quickly be

Not caused by 1.51, but I thought it was notable to post anyway... The Stilakus Subverter has a bug where instead of allowing 25 % of phase missiles to bypass shields, it allows 25 % of all weapon damage to go through the shields (thanks zombie for pointing it out). This should definitely be added to the list.

Although there is another thread on this issue, this seemed pretty comprehensive so I guess it deserves a post: Fighters The problem with Aresiv's test is that it doesn't stimulate real-world conditions. All fighter compositions in late game is actually a viable strategy, especially with vasari. As for the turn rate problem, I've actually found microing the strikecraft yourself can get you more dps than the horrid ai pathfinding(also applies to vet
I forgot to mention that nerfing Disruptive Nanites by a couple minutes is not enough... it needs to be nerfed HARD, to like 5-10 seconds or something. People seem to forget that as long as the turret is firing at the target, ALL regeneration stops... one pesky turret should not be able to bring a titan/cap to its knees...
Zombie, I feel the list needs to include more balance proposals from pre-rebellion. This is completely ridiculous... of the past 15 game I have played in multiplayer, all 15 of them have ended with me or someone else minidumping. Game length does not matter that much, although it seems I MD more often in the first 30 minutes of a game (might be because few games last beyond that). I don't think I will play any more matches until Ironclad fixes this problem. It is completely ruining the multiplayer experience by throwing away a 1-2 hour game.
