How do i install the desktop theme ive downloaded? in Tutorials WinCustomize Forums

Can anyone explain how? Just downloaded the 'organic' desktop theme but cant seem to get it to work. Its been reccomended that i extract it into my resources folder, ive done so but nudda. Im getting a "organic.desktop" file and thats it from the zip file. Thx.
