Not quite... I recently got a copy of sins trinity through steam, and at first it worked fine. But after I had to reinstall windows 7 due to a virus (not from sins), both my steam copy AND retail copy no longer work, and have seemingly been erased from my account... It's like I don't exist anymore. No answer from support after 2 emails, though it's probably due to the holidays.
