Oh, and it is the basic game, not any of the expansions.

Same problem here. I have re-installed Sins after a clean Windows 10 build, patched to 1.195, bypassed the launcher that would not start the game and have successfully tested the game in solo mode. Attempt to create and Ironclad Online account out of the game failed. Help please?
