I've created skins for EZ-Pop and Sysmeter for my themes but have no idea where or if I can upload them here. Any suggestions?

Wait a sec... isn't the whole idea to avoid catastrophies likes Skinz and Deskmod? Isn't this to avoid having to re-upload our skins/themes everytime a site drops off the face of the earth? Not only that, not everyone knows about or visits the same sites.

I love the idea but the problem I see is that some sites want a JPG preview and yet others a GIF. While one site wants a ZIP file, the other wants a .WBA or .THEME I would totally support any such concept and hopefully once it is implemented, other sites would work to conform to the "new standard" if they wanted on the upload list.
