The Advent Rebel has the same visual problems as the loyalist when phase jumping and in the gravity well.

I've noticed the gravity wells have lost that fading color that is full on the outside edge of the gravity well and got more transparent the further you continue to the center in 2D. That looked really cool as it represented who controlled the gravity well. Well its not there anymore and now the edge of the gravity well is nearly impossible to see. Hey i love the mod! But i encountered this problem when i was trying to play the wraith. It would not let me research any armor upgrades or hull regen upgrades. Considering that this is a major factor in playing with the wraiths i cant keep playing knowing that somewhere later in the game i will have been overrun because of one research glitch. What do you need from me to get me to fix it? Like a save game file or what?
