Well, ok. Don't expect to see a Darkness Mod campaign at least until the new GalForge comes out. I'm not even sure what the map(s) are going to look like. I would apperciate help with that. But, I still plan to include a Darkness campaign. -The Darkness, aka ImperatorPavel

I have a problem. The GalaxyScenarioDef file get the "Missing TextFile Archive" eror for my mod, when trying to add in the Planet Items for my race. Do you know how I could stop the minidumping?

wbino, Do you have to download the mod if you don't think it's a good idea? No. Do we care if you think it's not a good idea? No. Simperium, When I was writing my earlier post, I actually thought of Pink Floyd's The Wall. I think having a way of limiting where the enemy could go would also be a good tactical idea, because you can keep your enemy from being able to attack certain places in your gravity well.

I think that idea would be neat. You're saying that you want something that will slow the ships down. I think that's what mines are supposed to do, not that they do it very well, but I don't exactly know. You're talking about a Wall-ship. Ie, a ship that was built with discardable rocket engines. My only problem with this idea is that if you only had one phase line from your homeworld, then you could build lots of your walls, build a funnel wi

I know you care, Volt, and I also see your point. I discovered today that because of my impatience, I posted my mod twice on WinCustomize, but I only reposted with my notification once. So I figure I'm back in business. Sometimes being impatient has its benefits.

But, If the Vasari "broke" space, wouldn't we have noticed it in game? But, I agree with TEC_Commander about his view on the subject. The Darkness might just be a really pissed off, yet still merciful god. The god is still merciful, in that It lets the Vasari survive. If It hadn't been merciful, then no Sins universe, so we can throw that possibility away. I think TEC commander is trying to say they aren't a race, maybe just some ub

She thinks my priorities today only include playing computer, (i. e., Sins, Demigod, and BSF) and to punish me, she took away my sins USB drive. My sins USB drive has all the stuff for sins that you would normally expect to see in Program Files. Naturally, I just installed Sins on my family's computers so that punishment was kind of useless. Note: I do the Sins USB drive thing because according to the copyright, you can only install Sins on one computer.

This is kind of an old thread, but I'll say what I must. In my original plans for the Darkness mod, I had thought about including a campaign in with the race. I couldn't decide on which kind to include, though. I had my choices narrowed down to two types, Personal or Racial. A Personal campaign, for those of us that like RPGs, would be you as an admiral or something like that facing the Darkness in your sector or area of control. A Ra

Yes, it would be a long down the line. I like the idea, though. I won't have my Sins USB drive back for a while (I don't know when I'm going to get it back), so I'm not really sure when the mod is going to be finished. Hopefully, before the year ends. "Daemons run when a good man goes to war."

Darkness, Grey Goo, same thing. Call it whatever you want. I'm pretty positive I can do anything you can do, with a little help. I'll make sure you get cited for the code for the Grey Goo ability. Grey Goo - Volt_Cruelerz All I can say, with the support I've gotten on Ironclad Online and here, this is a very fun project. Even though I haven't been able to play the mod yet.
