Turns out "The Advent Rebels, who suspect that their collective consciousness has been corrupted, have the ability to resurrect destroyed enemy ships as their own, and their Titan can consume other friendly ships to keep itself alive." http://au.pc.gamespy.com/pc/sins-of-a-solar-empire-rebellion/1219036p1.html The whole thing screams Zombie Invasion, how would you feel atta
I knew it, finally they'll get a voice, Thank you Stardock http://au.pc.gamespy.com/pc/sins-of-a-solar-empire-rebellion/1219036p1.html "As a bonus, the Pirates will contribute ships to the Rebel fleet, complete with amusingly tongue-in-cheek pirate voices"
I was a bit concerned when i say this one, why was the titan shooting away from the vasari starbase and titan, but th
looks like part of the ship yard, i see no "exit" for the corvettes
What kind of weapon is hitting the Titan's shield at 20 seconds? Is it an auto-cannon?
i'm more interested in that the titan was firing, looked like a plasma ball, maybe the TEC reversed some advent tech
Heck it could be that we now get cut scenes for planet invasions and the like. Reduced 60% Original 944 x 530
thats not an invasion, look at the people, they are walking towards the ship
the laser cannon is below, it sticks out
there is a reason it uses the forw 'focus' if you notice all the trade ships spawned shut down. it means whomever is the the trade port forgets them and focusus on the planet

wow, down boy. We don't wanna force them to much Plus i'm pretty sure the gravity well would colapse with that much firepower in one spot
I can't be the only one wanthing this, but can we get a screen shoot of 2 titans? we've seen rendered images of 4 of them, 2 TEC, 1 Advent and 1 Vasari. but what i'm sure everone wants to see is 2 of them blasting the shit out of each other. We've seen of a titan fighting against one or two capitals and a small number of frigates, a titan about to run head on with a starbase and the Rebel TEC running through an advent fleet of about 7 captia
plus, ships can fly out of the gravity well (how else do you keep your cariers away form the pirate turrets), just not that far. they need to be close to the circle to jump out, a buffer zone. Haven't you seen ships fly back just to turn then jump? if anything you'd use an ability like this to halt an opponent jumping out. to make them return to the buffer area and getting caught by your defences as they try and run
My only problem is with Pirate Titans is that they are Pirates with a Titan. The pirates done have gigantic production facilities or the money to build one. I mean highjacking one is plausible but its a titan to actually assault and highjack one is kind of strange. BUt one that is a compilation of a large amount of capital ships would be badass:D
this is how the pirates get all their ships, hijacking. it's reasonable to ass
it's a tactical issue that could backfire, could drive certian people into suicide drives just to get that one titan that killed a bunch of your ships. Plus, i'm certian there is a mod which already does this
i've just noticed 1 and 6 are the same battle, just the perspective is flipped, also i believe 7 also is the aftermath look at the wreakage in the corner, looks like the same skirvalka
ehh, Again? Dude, before you waste typing out that long winded exploit, would it have killed you to do a forum search? This place is littered with these deadend forums. Until we are told other wise by the game itself of the admins just wait in silence. Just another waste here
so far the only major debris is the Skirantra Carrier's front. but with thw titans there should be something regarding this coming, maybe even bigger then capitals
