Thanks for the help. I'm going to try it asap. As for usefulness, it would be only really for when there are two players left in a stalemate, and if you could instantly get like 10,000 credits, you could built a huge fleet to possibly capture a new planet and get the upper-hand, at which point, you would do reversal research.
