Sorry if another one of these has existed recently, but, my story is basically that a few months ago I bought my copy of Sins: Trinity at Target, and that when I looked into the box there was no CD key. I figured it was one of those games that didn't require one and had no problems until I saw that on impulse there was an update on impulse. It asked fro a Serial key to register which didn't exist. Eventually I found out that I should send an email to

Is there any other way to get in contact for fixing the misssing key problem? I sent an email to [email protected], they asked me for pictures, I sent them, then the next response I got was that the ticket was closed because I didnt respond for 48 hours when I was waiting for a response. So I sent a second email re-opening the ticket, sent with pictures, and the same thing happened, they didnt respond and I got the automated response of the ticket closing because I didn't respond.
