framerate issues, need help in Technical Sins Forums

this is my first post so sorry if im doing anything wrong, like breaking rules and stuff, i just need help, im having major framerate issues while running sins of a solar empire entrenchment on my new samsung laptop. most of the time it involves larger battles and starbases. they even happen when I run everything on the lowest settings. my specs are i5 2.4 ghz dualcore (turbo boost up to 2.66) 4 gb of ram, nvidia geforce 310m graphics card 512mb, and im running windows 7 64bit operating syste
