So what role does the new Tec Capital ship fill? The only two abilities that I see are worth it are Elite crews and maybe boarding party(Since the other two rely HEAVILY on this ability). How should I use it? Also with the TEC rebellion titan, is overcharge worth it? Seems like a lot of antimatter and 1-2 command points for not that much.
