Hello guys. I know a lot of the parts of this mod are probably very challenging to port over, but what about just the planets and tech improvements? Those additions are what really made diplomacy fun for me. I can live without the rest of the stuff, but I can't really find Rebellion as fun as diplomacy until I can see my starbase hovering over an Urban planet. How hard is it to change the format of your mod to .txt? Do I have to use a tool to change it to avoid problems? A
