I'm left speechless with the support I got, I was told to avoid going via 'Sales Email Support' and told to go via 'Support Email', which I did on the 23rd Jan'11, 5 days later I get reply asking to send in proof of purchase as well as pictures of the game, game case, serial number etc... which I did an hour after I got that email on the same day. 4 Days later, (today 1st Feb) I get an email saying; Zeo, This message is regarding your Ticket ID #ZOS-XXXXXX. W

I'm still waiting on my ticket to be fixed, its been 1 and half weeks now... My serial number format is LNLNL-LLLNN-LLLLL-NLNNN-NNNNN-NNLNL I sent the ticket off on 21st Jan, got a reply on the 28th and its now 1st Feb

Hi I'm also getting this issue "Error: The serial number you have entered is not recognized by Impulse. Only serial numbers provided by Stardock will be accepted." I raised a ticket about this last week and still heard nothing, this is very frustrating as I've wasted money on buying the two expansion pack games for it. Strange thing is, Diplomacy & Entrenchment have updated to their recommend patch but can't get the main game to update and since the main
