ok if I have the 1.21 is that for diplomacy or entrencement? it says in the readme entrench but the link for diplomacy takes me to it.

I cant find where to put my mods, I have trinanty and windows 7, I have gone through and searched several times for the mod folder, with no luck. Any help would be greatly appriciated, also does it matter if it is thru impulse
