Thanks for the replies, guys. A while after my above post, I actually got a reply from a Stardock advisor, I've explained the situation to him in a little more detail and brought him up to speed. Just awaiting a reply from that. Knowing that SD are dealing with the holiday backlog, I'll give it until end of next week then give the Impulse chat / IRC a go if i've heard nothing else.

Heya guys. I thought I'd try this approach as I've already tried e-mailing Stardock Support and unfortunately haven't had anything back. I bought Sins through Play about two weeks ago and I'm finding that I can't register it, saying that the serial number doesn't belong to this e-mail address. Only problem is I've not committed any of my e-mail addresses to it so it's not a case of me remembering which one I've registered it to. I had also come across a number of people with t
