Hey Koobalt... obviously I would work on it if I had the skills, but now that the Colony model/texture is working, do you have any ideas or time to work on a WarStar or FortStar model as the Cylon starbase?

ZombiRus5 - yes, I agree regarding the Colony, there should ideally only be one of these! And would work as a Titan... however... when does Rebellion come out? We would therefore have to wait until Rebellion is released before we can use the Colony in-game? Not sure that I like the idea of using the old-school basestars as Cylon star bases... How about the WarStar of FortStar from the pics you posted on page 9 ZombiRus5? (like a modified old-school basestar)
Lavo_2.... you're approach is from the standpoint of simply "playing against" the Cylons as an AI, rather than considering those who actually want to play as the Cylons. Wouldn't be very enjoyable playing as the Cylons if you're left with duplicate and "filler" ships that are prohibitively expensive.
Hmmm.. yeah... if the original basestar design is done well! In Kyogre12's version, the original basestar looked "off"... texture was all wrong. Colony looks awesome! I imagine that it will have a population like the Vasari starbase? Would make sense... Starbase should be moderately powerful when it comes to firepower, with autocannon's and missle launchers, but it strength should rest with the number of raider squadrons it can launch. Well... I think ZombieRus5 has some great ones that I thought could have translated over... and no, I have no idea how textures work. Not that it matter, but another one that I did like the look of for the Cylon Colony was a plague hangar defence? (looked more like a starbase...)

Koobalt - had a look back through the series, and yeah, the Cylon Colony has a pretty unique grainy texture.... One of ZombieRus5's plague capital ships has a similar look... would paste a picture of it here but I don't know how to do that! Will see if this works...

Great mod! Noticed that you changed the Unity star base into a planet type, called "Consciousness of the Unity". I want to do the same thing, but on the Vasari side. How can I change the Vasari star base into a planet type?? Any tips would be great!

Yarlen, can you at least allow modders the ability to modify AI ourselves then? My buddies tell me that it is hardcoded and we don't have access to it???

Also, why is it that when I'm playing diplomacy (or entrechment), if I switch players mid-game for single player (i.e. save my game, then load up again playing as a different player), the AI seems to shut off for my old player - it doesn't build anymore, move, attack etc - it completely stops in its tracks?! Does this happen for everyone? Will the patch fix this at all?
