So sorry, but I cannot find in the manual nor through searching this answer. On the galaxy map, when moused/clicked on a planet, there will sometimes be a triangle type marking on it. For example, on my capital I usually get one on the left and on the right. Is this merely and indicator of some maxed item, like logistics or infrastructure? I'm curious because on the world builder, some starting planets had these icons but in a different place, either on the bottom of the plane
