I had the same problem with the retail copy (kinda silly that this is a common problem). They had contacted me within a couple days, however. Try another ticket, and yes, be ready to take photos of the discs, case, manual, receipt, etc. Thank God I kept my receipt. I don't normally do so, but somethin' told me "just in case".

Heheh, I'm no newcomer to Sins. Was introduced by my brother a couple years ago, if I recall. But I only just now bought a copy for myself. Unfortunately, it brought more dismay so far. Still, once things are sorted out, you can bet I'll be around more, especially on Diplomacy.
