Me and a friend just dropped 40$ each into the game and Expansions, and while online playing we are recieving long lock lags. Figured it was just big fleets or something but really its very smooth otherwise, and now reading this I am kinda upset as it felt more like an Internet/ICO issue... if this is the case, yes, do something...
