Error message with Developer.exe in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Hey hey I've downloaded and installed Sins Trinity, what an amazing game and I have a few ideas for mods. I downloaded all the tools, from Galaxy Forge to Forge Tools 3. As far as I understand the files for modding, the developer files should be in the Sins folder (C://Prorgam Files/Stardock Games/Sins of a solar empire - Trinity) My problem though, I try to run the Developer in Forge Tools 3 and it gives me an e
