i go to C:/ the my user name/, and i cant find my local settings or appdata folder... help me please.

jus bought the trinity disc from target, i put the game in and the disc keeps getting spit out. i have a 15x alienware laptop with a geforce gt 240m graphics card.. the autorun window wont open up and the disc will not stay in my laptop.. keeps rejecting it! help please!
