Unable to select placement of railguns or labs in Technical Sins Forums

Greetings all, I've been playing this game for about 2 weeks now and something strange has just happened. When I played before today and wanted to build a lab or a rail gun, I could select where to place it and then click to build there. Now when I click to build a railgun, it sticks it right next to my frigate factory and does not allow me any choice. Same with Labs, i click to build one and it just lumps it in with the frigate factory.</p
