I have the same issue, however, I purchased my game from a retail store and acquired an unused code. The code is supposed to be the REG code, correct? I tried using that code and it wouldn't register it being correct.

I managed to get the Trinity Pack with Diplomacy and Entrenchment as bonuses, but I can only update Trinity. Trinity-v1.182 Entrenchment-v1.042 Diplomacy-v1.000 Shouldn't I be able to update the non-Trinity versions?
