Just realized I have no idea how to contact them

When I try to register my game for the discount on Rebellion, I enter the code, press enter, and the section where I entered my code turns into a thin black line, and I am given no notification whether my code was wrong or not. And when I go to pre-order the game, the discount isn't factored in. Please help?
