HELP! I am a graphics guy (somewhat), but I have NO idea how to assemble a Dashboard skin. What program is used? Any tips from the pros here? Thanks a million!!! Nigel [email protected]

Oh, BTW, I'm using XP 2002 SP1. And, no, I had never experienced this before WindowBlinds installation.
This just doesn't make sense. I have 384 MB RAM on my notebook, and it still happens. I can restart my computer, and do NOTHING but click on these tray items and it still happens. I could understand it if the OS didn't release RAM after several apps had been open, but not after a fresh restart. Oh, well.
I have made skins for Audion for the Mac using Photoshop, Illustrator and FaceBuilder... Now that I have gone back to Windows, how do I make skins for WMP (8 or 9). I just need to know which resources I need and a general "how to" if one exists. Thanks!
Surely someone knows why it does this...
No matter which skin I use in the most current version of WB, I can't get it to play nice with my tray icons. I'll click on the arrow for the tray, right click on any icon, and if WB is active with a skin, the popup menu is usually either blank or partially blank. Any ideas?
