When Ryat asked what file I was downloading I looked again and it turned out that i was downloading the file for the original game, I have Trinity, and when I downloaded the beta file for trinity the checksum worked out and now the mod is installed. Sorry for wasting your time with the silly problem, but thanks.
The check sum is always different, and the file is distant_stars_v1.01_[checksum#]
Hi, I just downloaded the Distant Stars mod to dumb down the ridiculously overpowered pirates and I am having problems with the checksum not matching the file I downloaded. I'v downloaded it 4 times now and it always comes out different when I try to implement the mod.
