Thanks for all the help guys. Not sure which part exactly fixed it, but the game now runs well enough, at least it has had a significant improvement. (About 40fps at the start of games, 25 when it gets really hectic). May have been the re-install that did it, or the tune up program. Thanks everyone :)

Hi RiddleKing I changed the setting to High Performance and it didn't help and the link for drivers said they were all up to date. I ran a memtest (windows and memtest86) and they came out with no errors. My computer does run hot (60-70 degrees Celsius on full load) but that hasn't stopped my fps in any other games.

Hi Wrath, thanks for the reply. I think the screenshot is a little confusing. I was just trying to show the activity of my GPU while playing the game, and the bad fps on the menu screen. I have tried the game fullscreen, and even in game the fps is still as bad as the menu screen, I just mentioned the menu screen but I because I thought it might have better fps than in game. Hi I am really trying to enjoy this game, but I have an absolutely terrible FPS for pretty much the whole time playing. At the very start of games I get about 20fps, and during any sort of combat, however large, it goes into the single figures. My computer can run BFBC2 at 60fps, BF3 at 35fps and Shogun 2 Total war at about 25-30fps, all at 1920x1080 and max-ish settings My system Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit <
