Hi, Sean - thanks for your and Stardock's work on this version. But there's a problem. I don't see the registry entry "S11_PutUniversalAppsInFolderByDefault" anywhere. It's gone. Can confirm this happens with me, too. I have found that reordering the icons in alphabetical order fixes the issue. EDIT: But it reappears if I try to refresh the icons again, in which case I have to reorder them in alphabetical order again.

Hi, Neil - thanks for replying. All universal apps in one folder, yes. That's correct. What I'd like to see is the same thing that's done in the Windows 7 menu style. But have it done in the Windows 11 menu style (and other ones, if possible). Thanks. P.S.: Looks like troispuits wants the same, too. I think other customers would appreciate it.

Another suggestion: The "Universal Applications" folder should be implemented in all menu styles. Not just the Windows 7 or Modern styles. Would love to have it in the Windows 11 menu style, too. Suggestion: The "plus" sign that appears next to "All apps" should stay visible at all times. Having it appear and then disappear only to reappear can be distracting (just being honest). Best to have it remain visible so it's there and easily identified by all users. Start11 v2 and Universal Applications ... in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

Loving Start 11 v2 so far. Would it be possible to extend the Windows 7 style menu's "Universal Applications" folder to other menu styles? For example, I am using the Windows 11 menu style (with "improvements"), but it'd be nice to be able to put all the UWP apps in one folder instead of having them be strewn all over the menu on the inside. This seems like a logical "next step" to take as far as coming up with new features for Start 11 goes. How about it? <str

Basj and everyone else at Stardock: Thanks. One more thing, though, please. See picture below. I grabbed this from an article online. This shows the regular Windows 11 start menu when it is aligned left through normal system options. You can see how the start menu appears like it's floating with space in between the edge of the screen and the taskbar. This is how it normally appears when aligned left. My question is,

Follow-up: I just realized there may have been a misunderstanding. I was not asking about the space inside of the start menu. I am talking about the spacing; the space that's between the edges of the menu and the screen/taskbar . How do I get my start menu in Start11 to look like how it does in the screenshot that was posted by Basj? I hope this helps. Thanks.

Hold on. Wait. How did you get it to be like that in the picture you posted? I changed to the modern grid menu, and nothing. (See below picture from my computer.) The edges of the menu still are touching the left of the screen and the bottom of the taskbar. They aren't spaced out from the screen edge and the taskbar. Requesting guidance - if none available, then this is a feature request ... in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

Hi to everyone (especially those who work for Stardock and may be able to help). See picture, please. The first one is how I have my Start11 menu currently configured. I'm happy with this setup. I'm OK with it. But I would like to be able to use the "modern" start menu. What's stopping me is the apparent inability to have that particular menu pop up away from the edges of the screen (when the taskbar is set to left) .

Neil : To answer your questions: 1) I use GoFreeTech for my keyboard and mouse. But the mouse itself uses a standard Microsoft driver. (Version 10.0.19041.1.) The scrolling does work in other menu styles in Start 11, too. But not on the "All Apps" list in the Windows 11 style menu. 2) I reinstalled Start 11 to try and duplicate the highlighting issue. First, kudos to Stardock on a job well done with Start 10. I don't know how I could've dealt with Windows 10's horrible native start menu without Start 10. Thank you.
