If this is the case, the culture techs are even more useless then I'd assum

And I noticed that the Expulsion Buff seems to increase "CultureSpread", but all of the conventional Culture techs seem to use "AdjustCultureSpread Rate " Do you think this means that all of the general culture techs don't actually increase culture generation, but rather increase how quickly culture mvoes down phase lanes(when it is moving)? This may explain why The Advent Loyalists
When you say first rank military labs, second civil labs do you mean 1 lab/ship at each rank or 2 labs per ship? Honestly I don't think we'll be able to balance ship-board labs as long as a mere 4 capitalships will give 8 labs of each type.
Advent Loyalists are actually considered underpowered at the moment- the advent rebels are actually a lot scarier. That said, here are some tips on fighting them: 1). Go for the mothership from the start- it's mcuh easier to kill then the titan and does a tremendous amount to sustain the rest of the fleet(it has a fleetwide shield regen ability). Also, make sure to interrupt that fleetwide regen buff(it's a channeled

That's something I've always felt was something that would be good for the game but probably too drastic for the devs to implement. That said, an AL starting with a Revelation and culture-bombing the enemy early-on could actually be pretty useful. &n
So I just ahd an interesting thought on another less conventional direction direction Coronata buffs could take. What if Suppression Aura gained the following secondary effect: Suppression Aura: In addition to the current effect, the culture output of all enemy culture buildings in whatever gravity well the Coronata inhabits are reduced by 50/60/70/80%. I fully agree that ship-borne Labs is half the problem. Shipborn labs should give 1 military lab per capitalship at rank 1 and 1 of both types of labs per capitalship at rank 2. That way rank 2 is as strong as the current rank 1- and both ranks are needed for shipborne labs to help the vasari loyalist player towards stripped. Also, while I agree stripping should take longer(and rather like the idea o

You sure your fleet supply wasn't used up? Subjugating Assault will only steal ships if you have enough available fleet supply to support them.
