Rebellion exe doesn't work - but Rebellion Dev.exe works fine in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

Hi, I have got a Problem. I've bought Rebellion via Steam. If I want to start the game via Steam it doesn't work. The Screen stays black. After 1-2 seconds I can hear a beep. If I type ESC 2 times, the Loading canceled and I get a .mdmp-File, which i can't read. I've installed Steam und Rebellion new, but there is still the same Problem. But if I'm using "Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion Dev.exe" it works fine. No Problems, but if I'm usi
