BUt if the Advent SB was faster than the TEC one the TEC one would probably have to have a minor buff in other areas to maintain balance unless the TEC SB has an advantage over the Advent SB that I'm not aware of.

Btw, honest question, why would the Advent move faster than the TEC and not the same speed?
