The Vasari rebel titan's ability for anti matter at rank 2 gives 0.2 regen, at rank 3 it states it gives 0.0 regen, and at rank 4 it says 0.4 regen. I would like a better description for each of the titans, possibly a brief summary of what their focus is. Currently all of them have the same tool tip, and it's kinda discouraging not knowing what abilities they'll get, or even what kind of focus the ship has.
