Aw hell. I just did a post about this on the Rebellion forum. This bug still exists in the 1.52 update. I don't know now if all of this is too late to fix.

Found a couple of bugs in SoaSE Rebellion version 1.52 One has a reproduction steps if required. Playing as Vasari Rebel. 1. Starbase Mobilization. Very confusing description in the info card for this, it states that if you have another Starbase in a system that you are jumping another Starbase too - then the other Starbase is disabled. You cannot jump a second Starbase to a planet that already has one at all, so I don’t understand
Thanks for the input guys - had a feeling the Pirates might have had a hand in it, it's too easy to pay the pirates to attack other factions (even more so playing as TEC!) it was too tempting to resist. Okay - need some help here from the more experienced players. I normally play between normal and hard settings and since the last update the AI (on normal) can't seem to cope with the planetary militia and can't seem to build any frigates or planetary defences. Consider changing 'An undiscoverd world' to 'Unknown' or even back to '?' as it may not be a world at all, could be a Asteroid Belt, Wormhole e.c.t. That and the fact 'An undiscoverd world' does not fit on the info-card when jumping to a new sector. [e digicons]:thumbsup:[/e]
Just some minor issues and some feedback. 1. The dwarf planet texture (at maximum zoom in) is quite blocky. 2. Star 'activity' stops working after a while after 30 - 40 mins. 3. A request if its at all possible guys. Could you please (if able) add the ablity to full screen the intoduction movie and loading screens to larger monitors please. I've had this as well. Playing TEC (R) vs TEC The scouts would not reveal the mines - it just keeps auto-casting reveal mines (even in range of them) and the game does not remove the invulnerable tag from the mines - I've also noticed that I can't turn auto-attack off on my scouts either. I tried a full fleet containing scouts as well a seperate scout fleet - both had the same problem. I had to use a Titan to 'smash' my way through
