In Trivial UseSegoeFont mod, the font size was chosen to minimize text runoffs, and minimal number of files was changed. It should work with vast majority of the mods out there.
Yeah!! :) Another problem solved. Your trivial mod pack is anything but trivial, It's a life saver. Thank you. Update: Text is now great.

I think it was Xiskio's Segoe UI mod that I tried, but the font didn't show up in some of the menu's. Those that it did looked really cool, and I had no trouble reading it. BTW: I got the Segoe font through the windows live trick.
I am changing all the things I don't like about Rebellion. The music is horrible (Found a Homeworld music mod, now it's great) The voices are horrible (Partial fix found here) Superweapons are horrible (fix found here) The descriptions are unnecessarily confusing and need simplifying (Fix found here) The font is horrible. I find it uncomfortable to read (Fix found here) The sound effects are horrible (No fix found yet)
You're welcome. I think it is pending sd approval, and should show up in a few days. You can try the medifire link in the meantime.
That's fine, I can wait a little longer. Great little mods, make a big difference to my game.
Thanks, just wanted to disable the pesky computer making super-weapons under five minutes from the start of the game.
I know, garbage isn't it? I never have the time to build cruisers before I am overrun by millions of junky enemy frigates. So I tend to build millions of junky frigates myself.
@mikefacciola I have also found this mod were you can also disable titans as well as superweapons. Don't know if it's 1.5 compatable yet, but worth a try. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/sins_mods/151/
Just updated to version 1.5 but didn't want to play it with %&*£$ing horrible game destroying super weapons. So thank you very much for this. ;)
I found a couple that didn't seem all that good. I could hardly understand what they were saying. Ill keep looking.
Can anyone recommend a good lets play series for Rebellion. I wants to learns. ;)
Thank you very much. Also: Do you think the music dlc is worth buying?
No. For now I will stay away from the beta. I will have a go with this mod thank you. Do I just drop it in a folder then select it from in the game? It would be great if you could add a titan disabling option when next you upgrade your mod. Everything I need in the one mod so to speak. :) Update: it's okay, I have found a page about mod placement.
Can anyone point me to a mod that disables titans and super weapons for the latest version of Rebellion? ty.
Thank you for the patch but I can't find the button to disable the poxy super-weapons anywhere. Good job I have a mod to do it for me, or else I would be quite upset.
Diplomacy is a great game after you mod out superweapons. But personally I like Sword of the stars II better.
I could never play a Sins game that contained super weapons any more. To many times have I been having a really, really great game only to get trashed completely by super weapons. They really should have a option to turn them off.
Wow, that was quick. thank you Draco. This is just the thing I was looking for. [e digicons][/e]
Some kind person made me a no super weapons mod for diplomacy, and I was wondering if there was such a mod for Rebellion. If there is such a mod could someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you.
I would like to see..... I way to switch off the ******* super weapons. A novice and a beginner mode.

There is no easy in this game. The daft devs don't understand what the word 'easy' means. Easy is not in their vocabulary nor their dictionary. They have no understanding what-so-ever of the word 'easy', so for those
And while your at it, stick a 'no ********* super-weapons' switch into Diplomacy as well. :p
