does anyone know how to do this with steam?

Ok so i downloaded Sins: Rebellion BETA off of steam and i made an account and everything but when i ran the game it said "An error has caused Sins to stop working correctly. A report on this has been logged to the developer". I click ok and it says it made a mini dump or something. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it but that didnt seem to work. Im not very tech savvy or anything so any sort of help is apprciated.
