I can verify this. In another post I had made a list of 'Achievements I currently Hate' that noted I killed well over 5000 pirate ships in a game. I had some hesitation, however, as some achievements were now working when before they hadn't [like the lender achievements for me], as well as I had used the Maw to kill many pirate ships, which may have somehow counted against me. However now that someone else had the issue as well, Pirate's Bane Achievement is not working
I know I am very guilty of planet scuttle rushing... of course depending on the surrounding planets it can sometimes be hard to get ALL the minerals you need [to build your titan and your ships and upgrade]. Saying that sentence already means it's a bit too powerful. If necessary you can even eat your terran capital and everything would be fine. I kinda like the idea of it being a Titan ability instead [that way you don't use the stripping to bring out your Titan], but shouldn't b
I was VL and very sure that they needn't level up on their own.
Odd. I played a single player with two other computers. I managed to reach peace treaties with both, then watched them kill one another in a system, and my capital ships were leveling up from watching.
And has been fixed internally.
He's saying that if he leaves a capital ship in the gravity well of a formerly enemy planet while the stripping wipes out all of the former owner's buildings in that gravity well, he does NOT get xp from those destroyed buildings. As for an answer, I don't know either answer.

Sorry about running with the 'hey my Captains are playing poker" bit. I seriously didn't think anyone would take that bit seriously. However, the dramatized story was akin to a parable. It has only one point, and that was to confirm the fact that when I said 'invisible', I meant 'invisible'. The story was actually a runthrough of the exact same events [while avoiding the words 'invincible' and 'invisible'] as my earlier post that was direct. In
Instead the captain stood there watching his fleet be destroyed before going on a forum to complain about it. This is known as "User Error". tell me when your ships retreat on their own? never; it doesn't happen. You could be invaded by a titan, 5 capital ships, 200 corvettes, and some carriers with only 2 scout frigates to your name. they don't run. That is your responsibility
Woah, hold on. When did this start get
So, you're saying you would rather have your ships waste their time and effort firing on something they can't do damage to?
I'm saying that if my Captains weren't so easily brainwashed by big blue lights, they could have actually launched a missile and finished that thing. And if it really was invincible, THEY COULD AT LEAST GO TO THE CAFE IN THE NEXT GRAVITY WELL. "What do you mean, the light tells us
There is a cinematic camera. Unless you're talking about the lame follow the units around from the same repetitive camera angles thing.
But I like the horrible repetitious and terribly angled cameras! I only ever did it in large battles and where nothing else needed input from me because all I wanted to do is watch the world burn, so the repetition wasn't much trouble. But
Quoting Yurka_Sanctuary, reply 3I believe it is working correctly. The selection circle is the space the Titan will occupy when it jumps. The entirety of the circle must stay within the limits for the Titan to successfully jump. That is possible, but it makes the things unnecessary annoying. Sometimes you need to do the jump literally in exact second, cause its too late then (like when you are chasing fleeing enemy ships to eat the
We are talking Star Wars: Empire at War / Forces of Corruption, yes? If so, that would be great. Really give you nice shots of the fight and the ships with a press of a button.
If I were able to build an office building in the gravity well, does that mean I can buy pink Space Ponies?

Definitely invisible, as in, "I was fighting this HUGE laser face thing, and then it turned very very blue and proceeded to kill me. However my captains decided they wanted to hang out at Gravity Central Cafe and left all their ships unattended. A few minutes later, the giant blue suddenly vanished, but it continued to fire lasers everywhere. Unphased by this nonsense, the captains stayed in the cafe, all the while the strike fighters fought off the bombers that kept flying out of nothing. Th
Goafan77, was that also a single player game? Because if it was, uisyfhshvlkhrbkerirn. The game could just hate me every so often, but I did make sure I had well past the right amounts when I attempted all their executions. Could also be that they are locked to only multiplayer, but many others were not, so it's a weak point. It may also even depend on At what point in Beta you did it, in case they made unregistered coding fixes to them. Either way, I don't care as long as som
List of Achievements that I am hating: Advent Harmony Researcher - did the bloody thing twice to no avail D: _____ Lender - I'm pretty sure it really does mean 'player', not computers. * Pirate Exterminator - I killed at least 5000 pirate ships last night. So I fought a Lvl 10 Eradica yesterday, and it did do it's invincibility thing, which I personally don't have a problem with. I think it's neat. But then, when I presume its time was supposed to be up, it did turn invisible, stayed invulnerable, and continued to fight and fight and fight for a long while until it finally died. I am sure the turning invisible bit isn't meant to happen, but is the invincibility really supposed to be THAT long? Sorry I can't give an exact tim
Actually, I figure the worker bee at your planet will being auto-scrapping the enemy building, but I do like the one-time conversion of culture-to-communion as a few people have mentioned. This also means, in order to be more effective, you need to count on your opponent to have built their culture satellites... I have no current ideas, just make sure that the weapon doesn't just end up a 'on wholly special occasion' use. You can shoot the novalith like no tommorow, and th

Nevermind then. But to add some actual worth to posting, you mentioned spawning ships from the shot. You already know my other old idea, and I'm sure you know I am no modder, but if the shot from the DE managed to get the population of the planet to build scout ships [so that they alrea
Spoiler: The current generation of Vasari forgot what they are running for, but were told to run. They decide blowing up planets is fine since they are all going to be devoured anyways. They start eating everything. Eventually they run into some odd looking race. Who cares, eat their planets. The odd race begins to run from some madness that just wants to eat their planets. They flee for ages until that generation dies off, with the current being told to run. They enter Trade Federation space
