Same for me and 2 of my friends. One of us desync after 5-15mn. Every game. It is unplayable right now.

I play online 3 vs 3 bots and 2 of us (not necessarily the same ones) get desync every game, generally after 5-20 minutes). It is basically unplayable as it is. We never had this issue until last patch.
