Purchased through steam in Early Access, now getting "Requires Base game" in Offworld Trading Company Stardock Forums

I purchased the 'full game' in Early Access in 2015. I am trying to play again now, and am getting the 'Requires Base game' issue. Most other threads are about recent purchases. I checked Steam and I have a 'Core Game Upgrade' addon and two other DLC, which I believe was part of the Early access. Do I need to buy the Core/Base again from SD or is there another fix?
