help!..i upgraded to wb5 and now when i download a skin, it doesnt show up in the lsit, plus i dont know where to look for it..can some one give me a kick in the right direction?

just thought i would throw my hat into the ring ...my daughter and i are getting into photoshop and learning(it was a gift,older version from a relative)i bought object dock and just upgraded to the window blinds so money is gone now!..she always runs over here looking at the skins here, picking through them .she is fascinated with the computer and creating. i think this would be a wonderful tool for her to learn with, and this is such a great community,its on her allowed list. so please pick me

well that answers why i cant find much on how to build here...i was going to buy some software,wanting to make my own themes,but being a complete novice..now i dont know.unless the other develpoer tools/software are as easy to use as object dock, drag and drop stuff, that i can do..good luck in 2007
